A sorting box helps you with a sorting process. In a sorting box you have pre-sorted a certain defined type of parts (e.g. building blocks).
You can select a sorting box when recording times and quantities. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate later how long you sorted/counted which quantity per sorting box.
If you have assigned purchases to a sorting box, the purchase prices (setting activated) will automatically be entered when you enter quantities for your items. The average value per kilogram of the assigned purchases is used.
To make changes to the sorting boxes, you must belong to the "ItemChange" role.
In the “Contents sorting box” you define your groups for pre-sorting. These are, for example, heads, bodies, building blocks 2x4, plates 2xn, etc.
You can choose the names as you need them. You can also provide an additional description. If necessary, you can also delete content if it is not used in a sorting box. Then you can only deactivate the content.
You can edit and delete all sort boxes as long as they are not used for a quantity or a time. In this case you can only deactivate the sorting box.
Either you choose a separate name for each sorting box or you can have a next number assigned to you using the “Update” symbol.
The content and weight that you select and enter and will be important for evaluation later. You will then see how efficiently you worked for each piece of content.
When a sorting box is completed, you can mark it as completed. Users can only select the sorting boxes for working times and quantities that have not yet been completed.
You can assign open purchases to each sorting box at the bottom or remove them if necessary.
